Support is split into 5 areas: Helpdesk, Server Monitoring, Remote Support, On-site Support and Workshop Services.

Helpdesk encompasses both telephone support via a dedicated support line and also, where possible, remote support where one of our engineers “dials in” to your computer via the Internet to deal with any reported problem.

Server Monitoring involves us configuring your server to send us a daily status report and also notify us of any alerts. In addition to this we run a range of weekly and monthly housekeeping tasks.

Remote Support Sometimes there simply is no alternative but to send an engineer onsite. When this is necessary, we try to respond as quickly as we can - sometimes on the same day. We also take responsibility for prioritising and generally find that our clients respond positively to this because we'll prioritise them when they need it. It's worth noting that clients who take advantage of our other services will often benefit from a faster response.

Onsite Support We offer very competitive rates for technical telephone support via our dedicated support line on a fixed fee basis. When this is combined with our Server Monitoring service we can often simply dial into your PC or notebook remotely and fix issues without the cost of a site visit. When this is not possible then we are happy to talk you through things, step-by-step until we've resolved the issue or determined that some other course of action is required.

Workshop Services Many of our clients are unaware that we have a professional computer repair facility within our offices utilising a number of specialised repair tools. Our workshop rates are cheaper than our onsite rates and providing you are comfortable unplugging the computer and bringing it to us (we have ample parking) we can offer a rapid response, especially to hardware problems or problems caused by viruses, spyware etc.
